A few weeks ago, I started using an app called Sloth to help me better manage my time. I think it's been such a huge help to me!

There are still days where I get really frustrated with my lack of productivity (specifically on days when I need to write, and nothing is coming easy), but overall, it's really benefited every aspect of my life.

I'm exercising more, reading more, writing more, eating better, losing weight, and overall just accomplishing a lot more than I used to.

I still sometimes feel this overriding feeling of "I should be doing more," but now that I'm measuring out the hours in my day, it's more obvious to me that this is just something I always think about myself. No matter how much I do, it's not enough. So anyway, that's something I need to work on.

Really though, I've accomplished a lot in the last month. I'm feeling good.
