Running out of excuses

I'm about 15-20 pounds overweight right now for my height and body type. It's something I've struggled with all throughout my 20s. Now that I'm nearing my 30s, I'm trying to get serious about getting my eating habits under control. I can't really rely on the "Oh, I'm young. It's fine. I have time to figure it out" excuse anymore. So, here we go, I guess.
